Right, if I did one of those 'YouTube/Instagram made me buy it' posts, this palette would definitely be included. I never thought a photo could persuade me into buying something but yes, turns out it can have the power to do that. One of my resolutions this year was to venture out on my makeup and actually make an effort cause I'm not the greatest but I want to learn. So that is the reason I kind of bought this, excuses I know but its just so PRETTY!!!
So I bought the Morphe Shimmer Nature Glow Palette (35OS). I was on the waiting list for so long, kept looking on the cult beauty website and constantly urging the palette. Every time I looked I wanted it more and more so I told myself that as soon it came back in stock I would have to make a small purchase. When I got home after my Valentines day out, I saw that I had an email telling me that it was finally back in stock and I've never been so quick to buy something. May have told myself it would be a V-Day present from me to me. So I ordered it Tuesday night and then Thursday it arrived!
Onto the palette itself. As I said I purchased the palette from Cult Beauty, which I 100% recommend, for £23.50 and then £3.95 for delivery. I'm not one to spend a lot on eye shadows or makeup at all, the majority of my makeup is from the drug store but I didn't mind splurging out on this because I new how good it would be. For 35, extremely pigmented shades, I think it's insane how good value for money this is and it is perfect for any makeup look, natural or smokey eyed. This particular palette is all shimmery shades but some more than others so you can still use them in the crease as they are completely blendable. The colours are mostly creams, browns, burgandys and orangey shades, I'd say this would be perfect for autumn looks but I'll be using it every season possible!
The packaging is all matte black with the Morphe logo at the top, the palette is quite big but it's flat and I won't be travelling around with it so it's perfect for use at a dressing table where is won't be moved too much. The palette also doesn't have a mirror, which is kind of annoying as I prefer it when eye shadow palettes do have mirrors and the shades don't have names or numbers which also makes it frustrating because I never know which shades I'm using but whatevs.
If I've persuaded you into buying on of these beauties, sorry not sorry because you will not regret it! If you're just starting off with makeup or your looking to expand on your makeup skills I would definitely purchase this.
